Progressing Ballet Technique

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative method created by Marie Walton-Mahon – an elite ballet teacher in Australia. PBT trains muscle memory and improves dancers’ understanding of core stability, weight placement and alignment through the use of large fit balls and thera-bands. It is a safe and effective way for ballet students to achieve their personal best.

RBDA is one of the few schools in the Dallas area to be licensed in PBT technique.
