Royale Ballet Dance Academy offers classes in ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical, flamenco, and tap.

Placement

Placement of all students is determined by the director and staff of Royale Ballet based on various criteria such as age, technique, flexibility, and previous dance experience. Students may be asked to audition or simply placed in the appropriate class as the faculty sees fit.

Ballet

Royale Ballet Dance Academy uses the Royale Academy of Dance (R.A.D) teaching style, and offers classes in creative movement (age 2 1/2), pre-ballet, and pre-primary to advanced. Students are accepted from ages 2 ½ to adult, and have the opportunity to enter R.A.D exams. Jazz

Classes in jazz range from beginner to advanced (Jazz 1 – advanced).

Lyrical

Classes in Lyrical range from beginner to advanced (lyrical 1 – advanced)

Tap

Classes in tap range from beginner to advanced (tap 1 – advanced)

Modern

Beginner to advanced.

Royale Ballet offers traditional flamenco dancing that follows a set flamenco syllabus. Students are also offered the opportunity to enter flamenco exams.
